The Prana Yoga Center has been a Sanctuary in the "heart of Coral Gables" for the last 10 years.

Our mission is to provide an opportunity for you to release your daily stress while you tone your body, quiet your mind and refresh your spirit.

Our goal is to help you reach your full potential both physically and spiritually by receiving authentic teachings passed down through sacred lineages.

Our teachers and staff are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of yoga and respectful of each students
needs and limitations.
