Ayurvedic Consultation
Ayurveda is a proven way to help heal imbalances using internal and external remedies, prescribed herbs, nutritional supplements, yoga and breathing exercises all based on your individual dosh (constitution). This consultation will include: medical history as well as a review of your lifestyle, stress levels, Heath concerns, eating/digestion, sleeping patterns, blood pressure, marma points, joints, glands, eyes, tongues, hair and skin. In addition we’ll determine your dosha and specific dosha needs.
Shirodhara
An Ayurvedic restorative therapy that begins with a light head and neck massage before your treatment. Shirodhara is a constant poured stream of herbalized warm oil on to your third eye-Ajna Chakra. The effects of this ancient therapy have long been known and recently confirmed by modern science. It profoundly detoxifies, calms and relaxes the nervous system and helps with many common ailments such as stress, allergies, headaches and is especially good for insomnia.

The Prana Yoga Center requires a credit card for a Ayurvedic Treatments. If you need to reschedule your treatment please do so 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment. If not, there is a $35 charge of all treatments scheduled that day.
